A complete small-sided soccer destination

The Pavilion Reception, café/social space, locker rooms and viewing areas.
Skill Zone Training, warm-ups, challenges and individual skill development.
Programmed all week Leagues, academies, pickup, camps, clinics, tournaments and community access.

Why small-sided soccer works

Small-sided soccer creates more touches, more movement, more decisions and more participation from a compact, highly programmed facility.

More touches, more action Fewer players and smaller fields mean more touches, more passes, more shots and more involvement for every player.
Health & fitness through play Fast, active games create a natural fitness experience without feeling like a workout class.
Efficient use of land Multiple small-sided arenas create more activity from a compact footprint than a single full-size field.
Better player development Small-sided play helps players develop technique, decision-making, confidence and game understanding.
All ages and abilities The format works for youth players, adults, beginners, serious players and casual groups.
Flexible programming The same arenas can support leagues, pickup, training, camps, clinics, tournaments and club use throughout the week.

A simple public-land partnership

You provide suitable land under a long-term lease. KIX funds, develops, operates and maintains the center. The community gains new soccer capacity, free access for key user groups, and annual rent under the agreed framework.
